An app which has revolutionised the phone gaming industry!
Angry birds which was initially an app created for the iOS is making waves in the Android World too...
This game created by Rovio Mobile has been a hit since its release. Here, the player uses a slingshot and birds to target the evil green pigs which have stolen the birds' eggs. This game has several versions - Rio( which is inspired by the 20th Century Fox animated movie Rio and the game is set in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil ), Seasons and Magic( for Nokia Symbian devices starting from Nokia C7 ).
One of the major things I found when playing this game was that it is all physics...projectile motion and trajectories. Choosing an appropriate angle of inclination could help you get high scores.
This game has infact been used by Physics teachers to simplify concepts for the students.

Innovation and physics' concepts do come in handy!

Potter Mania Grips The World!!!
Its July!!!
Time for the much awaited release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2...
Fan pages, blogs, videos, trailers are doing rounds!
This makes me wonder how humans aspire to be a part of Potter Mania. This fantasy magical series has managed to keep the viewers and readers wanting for more. In fact Rowling is all set to release an official website http://www.pottermore.com/ which promises to keep the world of Hogwarts and magic alive in the virtual world for years to come.
Started back in 1997, it has been one of those longest Saga which has inspired millions of individuals worldwide. Rowling has managed to keep the readers on their toes with her imagination spanning 7 whole books. This fantasy series which revolves around the life of a wizard Harry Potter in the magical school of Hogwarts has led to 8 amazing movies (8th movie is the much awaited one).
Coming this 15th, the world will get to watch Harry Potter take on Lord Voldemort...
